A ‘Golden Age’ for CRM in the non-profit sector?
In Adapta’s experience, it would appear that CRM projects are all the rage – there seems to be an ever larger number of organisations looking to change system - but why are so many third sector organisations investing in these projects, and what are they hoping to achieve as a result? Is the choice of systems and suppliers better than it has ever been before?
On that note - who are the current key players in the CRM market place for third sector organisations – charities, membership bodies, arts and culture organisations – and how can we learn from the experience of other organisations to make the right choice of solution and supplier?
About the session
In this session we will discuss how modern third sector organisations are using CRM solutions to modernise their approaches to managing relationships with all key constituent groups – including fundraisers, supporters, members, volunteers, partners, customers and service users. We’ll explore how modern CRM solutions are enabling organisations to become more effective and efficient in how they deliver their work, and how they are handling the process of transformation and building the skills and capabilities required to ensure that they can continually meet the needs of these stakeholder groups.
Adapta will present this in a pragmatic, plain English overview of where we find ourselves today through our experience with numerous sector clients.
Additionally, we will hear from other third sector organisations about where they are on their technology journey to better engage their supporters, stakeholders or beneficiaries, where they have been successful, where they’ve struggled and how they overcame some of the challenges they faced.
What will attendees gain from attending this session?

- Have an opportunity to learn from the experiences of their peers in other organisations
