What is ‘Digital Transformation’… and where do you start?
About this session
‘Digital transformation’ have been key buzzwords in many of the conversations about data, digital and technology in the non-profit sector over the last couple of years. But how do you work out what that means, and identify where digital innovation has a role to play in your non-profit organisation? In this session we will facilitate a mini-workshop to get participants thinking about how to approach the topic of digital innovation, and hear from Macmillan Cancer Support about the work they have done to innovate with their approach to legacy fundraising.
What will attendees gain from attending this session?
Attendees should expect to:
- Have an opportunity to learn from the experiences of their peers in other organisations
- Find out more about approaches to digital innovation within non-profit organisations
- Learn about how non-profits are using technology to support their digital plans
